I like this roller to help with pain from exercising. Sometimes you exercise a little hard and have some stiffness later, this clears that up for me.

I have been increasing my workout regularly and it has taken a toll on my feet. This balm is a godsend, I massage it on my feet after an intense workout and before going to bed. It really helps with the aches that makes me feel like I am walking on glass when my feet hurt. A deep massage with this would work wonders. I love this product! It really helps the pain!

I tried the relief rub on a tendon in my hand that I injured while golfing and on an elbow I fell on while hiking. I was pleasantly surprised that the rub relieved pain in both my hand and in my elbow. I was dubious about how effective the product would work, but I notice a greatly diminished level of pain in both areas after I apply the rub.

After using this on my knee, I got my aunt a tin for her birthday (along with some recovery soak, but this isn’t about them). I've never used CBD products before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. One word: WOW! Not only is the eucalyptus scent is delightful, but I almost fell asleep in the bathtub because my body felt so relaxed! I went to bed, passed out, and woke up without any of the usual next day workout aches. I'm not very good at maintaining a regular workout routine; I tend to exercise in fits and bursts so I get really sore. But now I've found a solution: the Recovery Soak!
