I like this roller to help with pain from exercising. Sometimes you exercise a little hard and have some stiffness later, this clears that up for me.

I bought this product on a whim at the Berkeley REI because I have been having issues with my wrist due to carpal tunnel. I just used it last night and it provided hours of relief! I was pretty aggressive with the application by jamming the applicator ball into the tendon that was inflamed and then applied it to my whole hand.
