I like this roller to help with pain from exercising. Sometimes you exercise a little hard and have some stiffness later, this clears that up for me.

I use this roller for my lower back pain nightly. It's been a huge relief and helps me sleep better. I always make sure to order before it runs low because I don't want to go without it.

I bought this product on a whim at the Berkeley REI because I have been having issues with my wrist due to carpal tunnel. I just used it last night and it provided hours of relief! I was pretty aggressive with the application by jamming the applicator ball into the tendon that was inflamed and then applied it to my whole hand. I will constantly use this product and will probably try out the other ones, like that balm in due time. Thank you again for making an affordable pain relief product that works.
